We Can Help You With A Password Manager!

Picture
Forgetting a password and needing to create a new secure password are common frustrations!

It is even worse when your password is hacked!

The benefits of password managers boil down to:
  • Convenience – you only need to remember one password; and
  • Improved Security – good password managers evaluate the strength of your passwords and help you make them stronger.
Chris Hoffman of How To Geek says it best in his articles How Safe Are Password Managers and Why You Should Use A Password Manager and How To Get Started.  In essence, the alternative is having a list of weak and insecure passwords.

The good news is that you may already have a password manager at your fingertips! Here are some examples:
  • Apple provides its iPhone, iMac, iPad customers with Keychain. Here is an video explaining What Is iCloud Keychain and How To Use It.  If you use exclusively Apple products, this may work for you.  Otherwise, consider a third-party password manager;
  • Norton 360 Security and McAfee Security programs have password managers available when you install their security suite.  Here is a video demonstrating Norton Identity Safe.

Although, I can not endorse any particular password manager, I agree with Chris Hoffman that everyone needs a password manager and “One size doesn’t fit all”.
